Senior Pastor

Adam Utecht

Adam was born and raised in Appleton, so don’t worry, he cheers for the right teams (Packers, Badgers, Brewers, Bucks). He married his best friend, Jill, in 2002. They are blessed with three beautiful daughters, Hannah, Sophia, and Claire. Life is busy in the Utecht home with a lot of laughter, music, and a good dose of drama. Adam graduated from Moody Bible Institute (B.A. in Bible Theology, 2002) and Baptist Bible Seminary (M.A. in Ministry, 2011). His passion is to preach the gospel, see lives changed, and worship God wholeheartedly. He enjoys a good cup of coffee and time with friends. Adam has been the Senior Pastor at Community since June of 2017.

Executive Administrator

Andy Dudley

After growing up in Minnesota, life changed for Andy one night in Brazil in 1973 when he met the Lord in a real, saving, and life changing way. Soon after Andy married his college sweetheart Gail and they eventually landed in North Fond du Lac where Gail spent a career as an educator and Andy in business. Their most important achievement has been raising two daughters which today translates into two families and four grandchildren.  Involved with and committed to Community Church since the mid 80’s, today Andy serves the church by helping “equip God’s people do the work of the ministry” and assuring a place where they can “meet together and encourage one another all the more as they see the Day approaching”. Eph: 4:12, Heb 10:25.

Pastor of Student Ministries and Biblical Counseling

Mark Robinson

Mark met his wife, Tiffani, while attending Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL. As the son of one of the professors, Mark had grown up nearby while Tiffani was from Campbellsport, WI. They both graduated in May of 2007 (B.A. in Christian Ministries) and were married that same year in August.

Before coming to Community Church in the summer of 2018, Mark worked at Campus Life of Sheboygan County for 11 years. He is thankful for the opportunity to continue using his talents and passions to share the gospel with young people, teach them a biblical worldview, and disciple them to become committed followers of Christ..

So far, God has blessed Mark and Tiffani with four children. People often tell them, “You’ve got your hands full,” but Mark and Tiffani can’t think of a better way to be using their time than raising their kids to be serving in the Kingdom of God. Whether Mark is spending time with his family, serving in ministry, or competing in athletics, he always makes it his aim to glorify God in whatever he is doing (1 Cor. 10:31).

Children’s Ministry Director

Beth Rock

As soon as Beth grew out of Children’s Ministry at Good News Baptist Church in Mosinee, WI, she grew into leading it: nursery, VBS, Youth Group… the next logical step was college for a teaching degree! Beth married her high school sweetheart, Matt, in 2002 and graduated from UW-Eau Claire in 2005. She taught English at Fondy High for three years, and while searching for a church home, her students suggested Community! Beth left teaching to become a stay-at-home mom to Clara and Ian and became more active in volunteering at church through the MOPS ministry, the annual Free Sale, and Women’s Ministry. In 2014 she joined the staff team as the Children’s Ministry Director. It’s a great fit with her background in education, her love for making learning exciting for children, and her passion for equipping parents to do the job of leading their families well. In the fall of 2016, the whole Rock family spent more than six weeks in Hungary to bring home their newest family member, Laszlo. Beth loves time with family playing games, serving, being outdoors, and throwing awesome birthday parties; as well as cooking, reading, and laughing with girlfriends.
