We are beginning this new year with 21 days of focused prayer as a church family and we would love for you to join us. Below are seven ways you can engage with us in prayer from January 9-29.

Pray for the Metro SenWest Initiative

Brad and Deb Mashburn, two of our missionaries, are a part of a West Africa movement called Metro SenWest and help lead a daily prayer meeting at 6:30 am via zoom every weekday.

We encourage you to join them in this special time by clicking here (starting on Monday, January 9th): Zoom meeting

Prayer Walk

Join us at 9:30am at church for a prayer walk on January 13th or 20th.

These prayer walks will continue after 21 Days of Prayer on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month.

Prayer Gathering

On Friday, Jan. 13, you are invited to a prayer gathering in the Cafe from 6-7 pm.

We will pray as a large group, in small groups, and sing praises together to the Lord. This will be a rich time together.

Prayer Calendar

We encouage you to start a prayer calendar!

Watch this video from Contagious Disciple Making to learn more.

Mark Robinson, Pastor of Student Ministries and Biblical Counseling, speaks of his positive and encouraging experience with keeping a prayer calendar.

Prayer and Fasting

Consider prayer and fasting for 21 days. Skip one meal a day, or one meal a week and pray during the time you would be eating. Feel the hunger and remember this is how much you need God.

Fasting does not always have to be from food. You could fast from social media, television, or watching shows on streaming services. Let this be a time of being still and knowing God in prayer.

Prayer Wall

Let's fill up our prayer wall with praises, thanksgivings, and requests. Come by any time during office hours or Sunday morning to add yours or simply pray!
