Usually when we are not very good at something we seek help. We ask a parent, a friend or Google! Did you know that Jesus’ disciples asked for help with something? In Luke 11:1 one of Jesus’ disciples said, “Lord, teach us to pray.” Maybe you would like help in your prayer life. Your mind wanders when you pray or you struggle with what to say to God. You would never pray out loud for fear of saying something wrong. As Christians, we know that we should pray, but it can be a struggle! Why? Let’s talk about it. Come to this interactive Discipleship Class where we will seek to grow in one of the most basic, yet one of the most challenging disciplines: prayer.
