Join us for a discussion that spans four decades of life as father and daughter. Each decade began with goals and convictions and continues with the many ways the Lord worked to build on that cornerstone. Our hope is that you will be encouraged by our story and that you will become more aware of the ways the Lord is calling you to be his "Living Legacy".
About Don & Becky:
Becky Bruce moved with her family to Fond du Lac in 1995. Her family was involved in the beginning of Fond du Lac Christian school. She attended Bethel University with the goal of going into ministry. She began her career on staff at a faith based rehab facility for women and has worked in a number of different fields over the years. She is now married with two children and moved back to Fond Lac in 2016. She began teaching Art at Fond du Lac Christian School five years ago and recently took on a new role as the Assistant Principal. She is also the Prayer Coordinator for Love Nations, a branch of Blazing Trees.
Don Buege began his life as a believer in 1985. He has been married for 47 years to Jackie and is the father to a grown son, Josh, and daughter, Becky, and grandfather to two grandchildren. He started his career in business and was later involved in church planting with the Evangelical Free Church. For the last 25 years, he has served as a missionary with Blazing Trees, leading teams to Russia and Ecuador. Presently, Don also serves as a corporate chaplain with Kunes Auto and RV.
