  1. Read Acts 2:2. What sound did the disciples hear? Read Ezekiel
    37:1-14. In what way is Acts 2:2 a fulfillment of God’s promise in Ez.
  2. Read Acts 2:3. What was above each of the disciples? Fire indicated
    the presence of God in the Old Testament and would often cause fear.
    Do you think the disciples were afraid? Why or why not?
  3. What did the disciples do when they were “filled with the Spirit” (v.
    4)? Have you ever seen someone speak in tongues? Take time to read
